Online Evaluation
Workbooks — contains core introductory content as a part of a modular self-study program. Workbooks range in duration from 2 to 10 hours and include practical exercises (for later classroom discussion) and reflective self assessments.
Virtual Study — Web casts containing key corporate messages, presentations, and product/service offerings are made available (live and recorded) to the FA at scheduled intervals.
External Exams — the blended program allows learner time to prepare for external study programs associated with the FA, such as Series 6 and 7 exams.
Classroom — takes the concepts learned and knowledge gained in branch and applies them to real world scenarios/situations using practical exercises, role-playing, and group activities. Also includes expert/guest lectures, coaching, and specialist modules.
Evaluation — offers continual and final assessment of the FA’s progress. Can be in-branch (conducted by the branch manager) online or classroom-based. They are designed to test FA competencies, based around the program’s terminal and enabling objectives.
